Krav enligt TSI HS Rollin - Yumpu
The Persons with reduced mobility - technical specifications for interoperability (PRM-TSI) relates to accessibility of the European Union's rail system for persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility. It was published on 18 November 2014 under reference 1300/2014/EU. The PRM-TSI applies only to heavy rail systems. The directives are implemented by means of the "Technical Specifications for Interoperability - TSI" which describe the defined features, characteristics and requirements that the different subsystems, such as "rolling stock" or "infrastructure" have to fulfill in order to ensure interoperability.

The infrastructure should also fulfil national requirements according specific cases in the relevant TSIs. By authorisation of a new or modified railway infrastructure where the directive is applicable one or more of the following TSIs may be applied: TSIs define the technical and operational standards which must be met to satisfy the ‘essential requirements’ and to ensure the interoperability of the railway system in the European Union. The essential requirements are safety, reliability and availability, health, environmental protection, technical compatibility and accessibility. 1. The TSI shall apply to all new, upgraded or renewed ‘infrastructure’ of the rail system in the European Union as defined in point 2.1 of Annex I to Directive 2008/57/EC. 2. Without prejudice to Articles 7 and 8 and point 7.2 of the Annex, the TSI shall apply to new railway lines in the Existing rail system Infrastructure composed of lines and fixed installations of the existing, rail network as well as the vehicles of all categories and origin travelling on that infrastructure (Article 2(16) of Directive (EU) 2016/797) Harmonised standard European standard adopted on the basis of a request made by the Commission Technical Specification for Interoperability (TSI) The technical rules for interoperable railway systems regulate the far-reaching technical requirements for the trans-European railway network to a degree unknown before (TEN-V).

To help rail operators, infrastructure managers and financiers deliver projects, on time and on budget, we offer a broad range of TSI services: Certification – certification of new/upgraded rolling stock and infrastructure as required by legislation, or industry schemes including RISAS and IRIS notably those of the Technical Specifications for Interoperability (TSI) concerning Telematics Applications for Passengers (TAP) and Telematics Applications for Freight (TAF). Thereby, for the railway lines forming part of the TEN-T, compliance with the infrastructure requirements set out in the TEN-T Guidelines shall be ensured.

The TSI SRT establishes safety specifications and recommendations for all tunnels. Involvement of Infrastructure Managers The management of safety in tunnels has an impact on nearly all aspects of the rail infrastructure.
