The Persons with reduced mobility - technical specifications for interoperability (PRM-TSI) relates to accessibility of the European Union's rail system for persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility. The TSI shall apply to all new, upgraded or renewed ‘infrastructure’ of the rail system in the European Union as defined in point 2.1 of Annex I to Directive 2008/57/EC. 2.
